Dr. Phat Hoàng is amazing.He always attentive to my request and easy to talk to.but down part is its very hard to scheduled with him.I tried to see other providers from the office when it’s urgent but i always end up disappointed. I have upcoming appointmentwith NP next week that I never seen before but Im in so much pain that I can’t wait to see Dr.Phat Hoàng,so hopefully it will be nice experience. . When I called to schedule a women's wellness exam (including a Pap smear and bloodwork), I was told both could be done in one visit. I traveled a long distance specifically for that reason. However, when I arrived, they only performed the bloodwork and refused to do the Pap smear, telling me l'd have to reschedule for a different location in Glendale the following week.Then they tried to charge me an additional over $300 on top of my copay, even though my insurance covers annualwellness exams.When I declined to pay, they thr... read more
Dr. Hoang was absolutely amazing and attentive to my concerns! He’s a family doctor to my in laws and my husband. He’s overall an excellent doctor to see!
Dr. Phat Hoang was an arrogant person who chose to ignore me, a patient, who came to request for healthcare services. So much understanding with the fellow country man! The front office consists of a lot of young unexperienced people who were very nice on the surface but could not do much in term of decisions. Blood test lab technician was not friendly, and I had to wait for a long time to get back the results which was in a bad printout format.
Dr. Hoang used to be the physician I would always see, but it has been years now since I have seen him. His PAs are good but it is a revolving door with them so you seldom see the same Dr.
i was seen today in Dr Hoang’s Avondale office. Dr Hoang has always been very attentive and professional. The front lobby Staff are so very welcoming. In the midst of a deep and personal loss sudden loss of my daughter 2 days orior i sought medical attention from my PCP office as was suggested by Phoenix Pilice Deoartment due to the sudden nature of my daughters untimely death. Well, My friend and I have been seeing this doctor but he always seems to be busy to take care of many patients so he won't take time to listen to or remember your ongoing concern rather than recommending you preventive shots that is not your conern. He even forgot talking about the exam result that he had ordered before unless you mentioned it. When asked, he briefly explains it while leaving the room for other patients. He may be a good doctor but I feel like I can't rely on him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hoang for over 8 years and he has been the most caring doctor I have ever been to. Not only is he caring, but so is his staff. I highly recommend his office to anyone.
