I was told I had five cavities that needed treatment, even though I had never experienced pain in those teeth before. After he worked on them, every one of them became painful and extremely sensitive, something I had never felt before. On top of that, the fillings were left rough and unpolished, so now food constantly gets stuck in those teeth because the surfaces are scratchy. Eating has become uncomfortable ever since. I was quite shocked at how horrible the customer service from the admin staff was . I have heard good things about Dr. Zwicker but the unprofessional and horrific behaviour and treatment i received from the staff made me quite happy to take my business elsewhere . I was left insulted and appalled by the way not one but two receptionists treated me .
I've been going there for over a year. Kelly and the doctors there are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended
