I should have cancelled after my second appointment but didn't against my better judgement. All the gaslighting and condescension just got worse with Dr. Fizzi and it ended badly when even his receptionist joined in with the gaslighting. Even after I cancelled two weeks before the operation his receptionist still placed one last call just to play one last game and then pretending they didn't know who called me the day after cancellation.
