Dr Thomas is very professional and relates well to his clients.
I had a distal radius fracture and ulnar fracture. Dr Thomas performed my surgery. He was thorough, succinct and made time for questions. Good bedside manner. I went to PT for 8 weeks post surgery and when I went back for my post op visits, he seemed to have already read all the notes from my PT. I would definitely recommend him and OrthoVA. I had a good experience overall.
He takes time to explain your diagnosis. He answers questions. Don't rush to cut but five options. His notes in the portal are.exceptional for your review
I was very pleased with the efficient service I received from Dr. Thomas and his staff. I went to have something minor checked out but would certainly see Dr. Thomas again if needed.
I recently saw Dr Thomas for a sprain to my finger. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I chuckled because of all the acronyms and medical terminology he used as he examined my hand and finger. The visit was brief and he recommended occupational therapy, which I will follow up on.
Dr. Peter Thomas is superlative. I am extremely confident in his expertise, and he is very patient and thorough in explaining all processes and answering all questions. He is the best!
Dr Thomas is knowledgeable and well versed in my hand issue, joint degeneration. He is gentle but firm , getting injections is no fun and explains options and procedures thoroughly. I am very picky about my doctor's and expect good bedside manner as well as skill in their field and have found this over and over again with the docs from OrthoVirginia.
Every time I see Dr Thomas, I am more and more impressed. He takes time, explains plan of care, reiterates it to ensure understanding and is very thorough. Also, he does really well with the Telemedicine!
I highly recommend Dr. Thomas. He surgically repaired my wrist which had several complex breaks. He explained the procedure in terms I could comprehend. The surgery was flawless and painless. He chose outstanding operating room staff too. I felt grateful for him as my surgeon. I couldn't be happier. Even the scar is tiny and beautiful. He could be a plastic surgeon.
