I’ve been charged for orthotics that I never authorized or picked up. They were ordered because the office manager at the time called the incorrect insurance company ( they called my secondary insurance when they should have called Medicare- primary) who told them the orthotics would be covered. Dr. Smith is a great doctor and a kind person. It is clear that he cares deeply about his patients and his job, and that he possesses great skills in the field of podiatry. I was nervous the first time I saw him, but he immediately gained my trust and allayed my concerns. He is great at making conversation while he works to put the patient at ease. I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for personalized care from a expert in his field.

Always friendly and helpful, he is always willing to explain what is wrong, what the causes maybe and options for treatment. Dr Smith takes the time to speak with patients and I appreciate that
