It is plain to see that this dentist's major concern is money and not customer service. His communication skills are lacking. He is NOT an in-network insurance provider which means they can charge more than a network provider would charge. When asked about rates and how much a very expensive procedure would cost out of pocket, the dentist immediately got defensive and asked if I wanted an argument, unbelievable!
