I had a hysteroscopy done by Dr. Peter Salib in May 2021. What was supposed to be a small routine procedure, turned into two emergency surgeries. Dr. Peter Salib perforated my uterus and cut my small intestines while performing this procedure. I had to undergo blood transfusions and bowel reconnection surgery 1.5 days after the initial procedure, almost going into septic shock.
