Absolutely unprofessional, condescending, smug response to a documented cardiac issue. Talking about potential testing while rolling his eyes, deep sighing, and saying “there’s nothing wrong”. My wife won’t even go there anymore to pursue a documented issue because of how uncomfortable she felt.
Several years ago I went to Dr. Hotvedt because of a heart issue that noone could diagnose. This had been an ongoing issue for many, many years. He was able to diagnose the problem. Dr. Hotvedt is also very personable and takes time to explain any issues you may have. I don't always get to see him, as it is a group of doctors, but thats ok. The office staff is also very professional and friendly. If you're looking for a qualified group of cardiologists, I highly recommend this group.
