After almost 15 years of going to this office, Dr. Brightman's staff decides to give clients attitude, require clients to inform them of when they have emergency dental procedures during non business hours, provide the worst customer service, have private conversations about the latest technology while they are treating and are not willing to work with clients when there is an issue with the insurance. Do they honestly believe they can treat people this way just because they feel like it?
