I unfortunately had the absolute misfortune of enduring a first appointment with this man. My triplets are 13 years old and were professionally diagnosed at the age of 4. One of the worst doctors to speak to about any issues, was not interested in listening and communicating with patents, prefers to talk at you. Was told that the GP and radiologist reading the scans were wrong about the solid mass and voids were not constipation in our baby but milk allergy. Even argued we didn't know how to give up milk in our diets and that HOME made sourdough still has milk....Do not recommend him. He needed to retired 30years ago when he was my husbands paediatrician.
Our first and only experience of this doctor was 14 years ago when our 6 month old son looked like he may have been having seizures. He ordered a brain MRI and assured us that our son would be sedated. He was not and we were rail roaded into going ahead. He then had our son admitted to the base hospital for observation and recording of the episodes. Very happy with Dr Roddenby. Straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat things or make excuses for your or your kids. Asks a lot of questions and doesn't assume anything. Keeps things simple to save you money as well. Great tips for assisting with certain issues without having to fork out for an OT etc.
Experienced this doctor for our first and third children's in hospital check at the Mater. Would not recommend.
