Finally got in to see a Doctor regarding my feet, after years of putting it aside, and was surprised how fast it went. Dr Pham knew exactly what was going on! He suggested the different ways to get rid of the problem and after I chose the best one for me, he trimmed all my nails and took a sample and told me I’d get a call when he ordered the medication. Perfect!
I was greeted the moment I came in and taken to a room quickly. Both Dr. Pham and his assistant (who was also filling in as the receptionist) were great. My issue was addressed with care and I would recommend to others in need of their expertise.
Dr Pham and all his staffed just seemed to be in a rush and didnt want to help. The front desk lady was not friendly, when we arrived for our visit she was arguing with a patient that was checking out and just being very rude. Cutting her off mid sentence and not listen to the patience concerns. The Dr was not any better. He was giving too many excuses about why treatment was not going to work and just semt off my mom, his patient off with some toe covers and told her to get different shoes.
