Went in today for a Cystcopy. Unable to complete. No meds or instructions assigned.Also, unable to contact the office for pain meds for untreated Kidney Stones. Pitiful!!!
Dr. Kwong was very nice and polite and explained everything in great detail and put my mind at rest. He was very thorough and I was very satisfied with his help.
12/16/24 I fail to understand the past negative reviews of Dr. Peter Kwong with Urology of Virginia. I met Dr. Peter Kwong for the first time prior to performing my *emergency* surgery. Dr. Kwong was very personable, kind, considerate, both prior to and after my surgery. Everything was thoroughly explained in detail and all my questions were answered. (I had a lot!) I would have no problem HIGHLY recommending Dr. Kwong to anyone requiring his surgical services.
Condescending. Side eyes you. Had people in training remove a string that was put in my urethra after I had a kidney stone removed. Then had the nerve to bill me for it. Wasn’t even a nurse.
