great surgeon sad he retired he saved my life two times
Did my ruptured L5/S1 microdisectomy VERY successfully. Fantastic surgeon. Excellent bedside manner. A decade and a half later, he's my first choice for treating my current L3/L4 disc injury. I'm looking forward to seeing him again — who gets to say that about their surgeon?!?
Dr Capicotto did my back surgery in 2003, medically I should have paralyzed, he did 3 disc spinal fusion, stabilization and straitened my nerve which was going in 3 different directions, it was a long haul for recovery but I did it, I wasn't able to work again but I was able to walk again and to where I could barely walk before the procedure, I would roll off the couch and crawl to the bathroom, it was a horrible experience, he actually saved my life and I tell everyone all the time it weren't for him I wouldn't be walking, ... read more
I owe Dr. Peter Capicotto a HUGE THANK YOU! Six years ago he performed major spinal surgery on me and it was a GREAT SUCCESS! I have been a new person since my recovery and I owe it all to him!
