one star because of his recklessly experimental approach, then abrupt departure "due to burnout, but sshhhh." his complete lack of accountability demonstrates precisely how little he cares.
not a good doctor to me. I did not like his approach. he didn't listen to me. he didn't care about the side effects I kept reporting at all. he didn't care that the medicine wasn't working either.
gave me old meds and too many of them. way too many of them. really bad doctor. he didn't eve care.
He does not listen to patients. He just changes meds over and over and over and very rapidly. prescribes way too many at a time. misdiagnosed. BAD choice. GO elsewhere. Do NOT trust this doctor.
Dr Litwin is an excellent psychiatrist. My loved one has a very complicated case which includes a traumatic brain injury component. Dr Litwin helped her and she felt heard by him. We wish him all the best.
Author of 'Psychiatry made Simple' prescribed me SIXTY EIGHT bottles of pills in EIGHT months with NO success! He failed to prescribe me the medicine I told him would work, though. He was all hooked on outshining my former neuropsychiatrist from Columbia, though, and in doing so, he really messed things up and ended up leaving the organization due to BURN OUT after 8 months! Dr Litwin is very easy going and very attentive to patient needs. He will only recommended what he knows is safe and will help you with your condition. He did this for me and I know he will do it for you. I will truly miss him.
