On two occasions I have called Dr. Hopp's office to check regarding a referral. On each occasion the receptionist was rude, abrupt and abrasive on the phone, talking over me. In my opinion, it seems that some serious changes need to be made at the front desk.
Big thank you to Dr Hopp and his staff! My optometrist discovered an issue that needed further investigation, and Dr Hopp's office got me in very quickly for an appointment and laser treatment. He and his staff were kind and efficient. Thanks again!
Dr Hoop cured!! my hole macular with shots to my eye. then did my cataracts and I now have 20/20 vision and I am 80 yrs old. Thank you Dr Hoop and staff!Darleen
Dr.Hopp was great. I had lazer treatment to repair holes in the back of my eye. Good communication during treatment and friendly doctor. The only issue I had was that I thought I was there for a consultation, not to actually get the treatment done. It's better than having to wait though.
The office staff and assistants treat you like an object to collect data from. Every manner indicates that they just want you to go away as patients are apparently a nuisance for them. The tech that runs the visual field test is just plain nasty and I felt like I wanted to hit her if she barked at me one more time "Don't open your mouth!" while she sets up the test.
