I managed to pop a crown out while flossing over the weekend. I called and left a message on Monday knowing they weren't open but to my surprise Laura called me back almost immediately to say there was an opening on Tuesday! I have unrelenting anxiety about dental care, regardless the service. But the entire staff ALWAYS is patient with me. They got me fixed up in about a 1/2 hour with little discomfort...except for my nerves. Thank you Dr. Yi and staff!
Dr. Yi's staff is very customer service oriented. They always acknowledge me when I walk in the door even if they're busy. His assistant and hygienist make me very comfortable. Dr. Yi is fast and pain free, very friendly and concerned for my comfort and health.
I have been using Dr. YI and his staff for 15 yrs, I have never met a more persanable or professional dentist in my life. I remember when I first started my business and he let me put my flyers in his office fir a few years. Always will be great full for the friendly support. I trust Dr. Yi's judgment and treatment recommendations wholeheartedly! I went in yesterday for tooth pain that had gone away after 2 days, but expecting the worst, in terms of treatment requirements. Dr. Yi saw that it was likely due to my grinding (I have a night guard) and not because of a cavity, and I walked out with a desensitizer application only, and no drilling!
