I really like how well Dr. Yi and his staff do their jobs thoroughly and friendly.
Dr. Yi, Sharon & Staff are the best you will find. Honest, professional, knowledgeable and caring practice. 10+ year patient...travel from the Tacoma area just to see them!
I am new to town and needed to find a new dentist after having been going to the same one for over 10 years. I found Dr. Yi and his team to be extremely warm and welcoming. When I called the office, I was treated professionally and was able to schedule an appointment easily. Reminder options are available both via email and text which I found helpful. My 3-year-old's previous visit to a different dentist went very poorly, so I was nervous about this time. But Dr. Yi and the hygienist (whose name I have already forgotten) were both awesome. They made my son comfortable and even curious. The examination and cleaning were simple and non-threatening. Wonderful bedside manner. Thanks! (I might have to change my dentist too!)
The entire staff is very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been, in the past, dreading even a dental cleaning, but the staff and Dr. Yi are so helpful, encouraging and knowledgeble, that the whole dental experience has changed for me.
Dr. Yi and everyone who works with him are wonderful and most accommodating. It is actually pleasant to go to the dentist, and I am confident of getting excellent care.
Dr. Yi. is the hardest working dentist I've had the pleasure to meet. He, & his staff are knowledgeable, professional, polite and super efficient. I would, & do, recommend Dr. Yi to everyone I know.
Between my initial call, the check in, very detailed explanations during the routine cleaning, everything at Dr. Yi's office was first class and friendly. His entire staff deserves 5 Stars! I only wish I could remember all their names or would mention them here!
