Everyone - Perfect
I'm a new patient. I must say, my first experience was magnificent. Without a doubt, the most thorough, gentle, professional cleaning I've ever had in my life. I'm sorry I didn't discover you years ago when I first moved to West Seattle.

I have been going to Dr. Yi for years but continue to be impressed by how friendly and upbeat the staff always are. It really helps alleviate any anxiety I might have about going to the dentist, so I truly appreciate that!
I was very happy with my cleaning appointment today with Anneli.
I came in as a new patient for a cleaning, but several days before the cleaning, I severely broke a tooth. The dental hygienist took excellent care to thoroughly, AND gently clean my teeth while not causing pain around the broken tooth. Dr. Yi provided a great assessment of the broken tooth and was able to immediately address the problem with a temporary fix, while also creating plans for next steps. I felt well cared for by a professional, knowledgeable, and very kind staff.
This dentist is in very high demand and it took me a while to get in with them but it was worth it. Everyone is friendly and personable, they do great dental work, and they're the first dentist to really successfully persuade me to make meaningful changes in my dental habits, partly by forming a personal emotional connection, partly by coming up with some good arguments I'd never heard before. Not to mention being in the heart of downtown West Seattle where I can grab a nice lunch afterwards. Highly recommended.
I really like this dental practice. Everyone is very professional and everything is done to keep your teeth healthy. Dr. Yi and his staff are outstanding.
