The doctors here are great, but the clinic switched to a texting system and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved with my sunglasses and it’s taken days to get responses that could have taken minutes on the phone. I’m also unimpressed with their lab. They messed up on the prescription for my sunglasses and after three weeks, the lab still hasn’t done anything to correct the mistake.
