I have been with this practice for 10 years . They are all amazing .
I typically receive professional courtesy here. Unfortunately, I did not receive that today. Lauren who is one of the receptionist was very rude and it was not warranted. I called and requested a document and while asking clarifying questions she seemed to become irritable then as I told her I would resend the request via email she responded, alright, I have to go. Professionalism has significantly changed since the pandemic.

I have been with Dr. Gross's practice for over 35 years. I love the entire Staff ❣❣They always give excellent care and know all their patience. Most of all they are always available for their patience.
Always very helpful, thorough, and polite. They are so great with referrals too.
