He runs an excellent office. He's personable and knowledgeable.
Dr. Edenhaffer is a good physician but his office staff & system are seriously lacking. They are terrible at refilling controlled substances so I start 2 weeks before I am out. And this time it ran out, which you aren’t supposed to let happen. I am currently looking for another Neurologist. Shame really
After years of unresolved pain by numerous doctors and an unbelievable amount of narcotics being prescribed which only made my brain think the pain was gone and yet the problem never being fixed; I started seeing a new Primary Care Physician who had CT scans and MRI's done on the areas of my back that were sooooo painful, he found compression fracture, bulging discs and other worrisome problem areas. For the first time in years I have a place in my spine that is completely pain free!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I had known about Dr. Edenhoffer and his staff years ago. I will continue under his care.
Went to Dr Edenhoffer for husband’s severe vertigo. - Office staff: The worst we’ve ever encountered. Doesn’t answer phones or return calls. Gives out erroneous information - Nurse: Lazy and incompetent. Refused to do her job. Insisted that we go to an ENT to have ears cleaned because she didn’t have time to do it. Asked if we could return at her convenience. She refused. ENT said ears were clean and it was not needed. My longtime boyfriend had a referral for pain management from his primary,he stopped going to his previous pain management because his insurance ended so he found this doctor who accepted cash payment,he sat there in pain for two hours and his pain was not addressed or was he given any type game plan,he and the nurse discussed medications that have or haven't worked in the past but by the end of the conversation he looked at the paperwork and it named medication he had no idea what it was,the nurse told him she would talk to... read more
I had increased pain and suffering with the medication Dr Edenhoffer prescribed which he changed without telling me. His staff wanted me to pay again to get the drug I had discussed with Dr Edenhoffer. Although I was reporting suffering, they offered me the soonest appt 3 weeks out. The nurse refused to even talk to the Dr about calling in a prescription. She did not care in the least that I was suffering as a result of Dr Edenhoffers arrogant change of my medicine.
My husband saw Dr Edenhoffer for knee pain. He gave him shots and he is pain free. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. Both the doctor and his staff were very nice and helpful. So glad we went to see him.
All I can say is that since I have started seeing him for my spinal issues after his treatments my pain is gone and I can honestly say I feel amazing. A big thank you for everything.
