Dr. Bressler, and his team, have been my care providers for over 15 years. I trust them, and their medical judgement, in all matters. I am not an easy, textbook, diabetic, and yet they manage my situation exceptionally well.
Dr Bressler is a wonderful doctor but I cannot get a hold of him. His Patient Portal does not work. Yesterday they finally gave me a number. Got the Portal and left a message. Cannot get Portal today. Absolutely cannot contact Dr Bressler. Called and Left at least 10 messages on Jessica's line since Thursday. Dr Demopulos is also not able to contact Dr Bressler.
Dr. Bressler was very knowledgeable and professional. Very detail explanations and made sue I understood everything 100%. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Bressler for several years. I am very comfortable with him, and appreciate his caring, compassion, and professionalism. He takes his time to explain things very well, answers all of my questions, and I trust his judgement. His office staff is respectful, and the office is comfortable. Questions or contacts via the "patient portal" are answered by him or Ms. Dillard no latter than the next business day. I highly recommend him.
I saw Dr. Bressler for the first time yesterday. I really like him and feeling very comfortable with him as my doctor. Dr. Bressler takes the time to talk to you about your concerns. His office is run efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Dr. Bressler.
Best doctor I have been to. He listened to me and did not interrupt. Very thorough, quick to apologize for being late. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
This was my second annual visit with Dr. Bressler and he and his nurse spent about 20 minutes total on my appointment. I was very impressed to be given that much time and care. He isn't covered by my current health plan, so I decided to go with private pay, based on the great experience I had last year. I'm happy to have found an endocrinologist I like, who is thorough, and doesn't treat the patient like a number.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bressler for many years. I could not have made it through the thyroid cancer process, diabetes, and beyond without him or his wonderful NP Julia. He is very thorough, full of knowledge and truly cares about each patient. He is very smart. He explains everything and they get back to you asap with questions, or messages. Truly blessed he is my doctor!
This doctor, although rated relatively well on this site, is not the answer. He seems to engage fine on the first appointment and seems to be knowledgeable. However, he and his support staff does not follow up. I have tried on 6 attempts to speak to someone about a refill on my prescriptions only to have every attempt ignored. I have left messages through the front office staff and on voicemail to the doctors nurse to no avail. Zero customer service or respect!
