I’m very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Chansky’s office. Weeks after my appointment, I was charged $95 with no explanation of what it was for. After multiple calls and voicemails with no resolution, the office sent the disputed charge to a debt collector. Billing mistakes happen, but sending a patient to collections without resolving repeated disputes is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
He is actually a good person that is dedicated to resolving your problem, communicates well and is empathetic to the BS people have to deal with in the healthcare system. Haven’t had clear skin since I got my IUD and he made me feel confident again. Thank you!
I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Chansky!! He got me in last minute was so patient and present during the appointment. He listened to every concern I had without rushing me, explained everything clearly, and genuinely made me feel cared for. He's incredibly gentle and reassuring, and I left feeling hopeful about my skin for the first time in a while. I'm honestly so grateful I found him!
