Saw Dr. Chansky consistently for 2 years about a keloid scar and got great care every time. The practice tends to be very efficient — I was almost always called in before my appointment time and seen quickly.
I’m thrilled with Dr Chansky. He is the first dermatologist with whom I’m comfortable. He is personable, engaging, compassionate; he listens. He is thorough, he explains everything, gives all options, yet not pushy. He is professional, yet warm - and to his staff as well- which impresses me immensely. Dr. Chansky— The diagnosis itself was accurate, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The physician’s bedside manner came across as dismissive and condescending; I felt spoken to as though I were an inconvenience rather than a patient, with a tone that bordered on patronizing. Dr. Chansky and his office are the absolute best. I’m not sure I ever thought I’d look forward to going to the doctor. He strikes the perfect balance of great medical care and wonderful bedside manner. Cannot recommend enough!
