Been a patient for 20 years Dr. Kono took over from my old dentist and I've not regretted it one moment. I'm not the bravest at the dentist and he soothes my fears. His hygienist is gentle and listens to my wishes. Would highly recommend.
Very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Warm and sincere personality. Neither he nor the staff tried to sell me anything. This dental group has a great reputation for not being aggressive with fillings, root canals, etc. BTW, the dental chair I sat in had a really nice Tempurpedic cushion on it - it was so comfy I didn't want to get up.
I've had cleanings, and several filings and crowns. The crowns have been quite good, the advice about hygeine and flossing is good. Small problems get solved before they get bigger. The billing and insurance help was not so good before, but now the new computer system helps. They have digital xrays that show up on the computer which is convenient.
Dr. Kono & his staff are very gentle & caring. My family & I are very happy with his care.
worth a drive to see, excellent with children and amazing w/ dentist fearing adults. Explains proceedures clearly and listens to you to work with hard numbing clients. Highly recommended, amazing staff as well.
