I have just completed my second surgery with Dr. Fritz in 2 years. Everything from the first consult to the final exam is the best surgery experience I have EVER had in Ontario. He and the staff are highly trained, professional, caring and personable. The surgery itself, for gum grafting, sounds scary in description, but the experience on the first surgery was so easy, I had no concerns going into the second surgery. I have been a patient for over 10 years and very fortunate to do so. When I arrived at his office I had over 80 deep pockets in my gums, on my next visit the number was reduced to over 30 and the third visit it was reduced to 5 and has been approximately so since that time. The staff for the most part were very helpful but Dr Fritz I found to be a bit rushed during the initial consultation. The office itself is beautiful.
I’m a long-time patient of Dr. Fritz. I am so glad I found him because I’ve always been terrified of dentists after having bad experiences in the past. Dr. Fritz is very knowledgeable, courteous and caring. He explained everything clearly, concisely and in a manner that I understood. The front receptionist staff at Fritz were kind and patient. My interaction with Dr. Fritz however was short, abrupt and somewhat phony. He was inpatient with my questioning and was quick to brush me off. He was rude and very short with myself and husband. I called around to other local periodontist offices and found Dr. Daniel Zeiter who has been wonderful. I’ve been a patient for several years. I have an auto-immune condition that affects my gums and as a result dental and periodontal treatment is a big challenge. Dr. Fritz and staff are simply the best. Kind, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, highly skilled. Dr. Fritz provides complete information and invites questions. If I could rate he and his staff higher than 5 stars I would. Extremely professional and friendly. He and his staff make you feel comfortable because they explain everything and answer all your questions without hesitation.
