I have had quite a few horrific experiences with the dentist in my lifetime, as a result has caused me to dread dentist appts. Although I go because I have to. Recently I learned that I needed to have a tooth pulled or a root canal. I chose tooth pulled. So my dentist referred me to an oral surgeon; Dr. Claussen. They never answer the phone not even if it’s an emergency and not even if your in hurting tears they act like they just don’t care that it’s just the money
I have SEVERE dental phobia and this was hands down one of the best experiences. Everyone in the office was so helpful and considerate. They put me at ease from the start. I had an old failed root canal and I’m halfway through implant process. I’m so glad I chose this doctor!
Would recommend 100% him and his entire staff is the absolute best!!!!!
I have been waiting 8 months to get my took taken out I seen him one time he never even looked in my mouth. Now the reason I haven't been seen is because they haven't sent my info in to my ins. I understand that hurricane Michael messed with his office but they should at least call you back.
