Last time we waited nearly 3 hours for our simple follow up. Another follow up today and we are 45 minutes into the wait. Child missing school, no regard to our families full schedule... I think it’s unacceptable. To make matters worse there is a sign posted in registration detailing the penalty for being late to your appointment.
