I brought my daughter for her first visit they did a horrible job on her teeth and left them sensitive and they didn't numb her mouth correctly and left her feeling sick for two days and I had her teeth check somewhere else and they said they had did a bad job .
The dentist who took care of me was very nice and attentive. I was about to leave and ask the lady at the front desk a question about my next appointment. She was speaking to someone else and I waited for them to finish their conversation. When they finished speaking I said excuse me twice and I was completely ignored .I never went back after this. This was over a year ago but I still remember it vividly, as someone who is going into healthcare field I hope I never make a patient feel so ignored!
Front staff is polite and professional. Back staff horrible. Doctor (dentist) would not allow parent in the room with autistic child. Claimed no extra space. BS there is plenty of space when the other two dentist are on shift. Creepy vibes.
