I needed a quick appointment due to being in pain - I was seen very quickly. The two ladies at the front were very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Urruchi was very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood what was going on, even showing me pictures and giving me detailed explanations. Ruben was also really friendly and made me feel really at ease. Despite being in pain, this visit was a good experience.
I had an excellent experience with the team at Asiri Dental. My visit began with a cleaning, and Karina, the hygienist, did an outstanding job. She explained each step of the process clearly and gave me a heads-up anytime something might feel uncomfortable, which made the whole experience much easier. I wouldn't recommend receiving services at Asiri Dental. The dentist did a root canal without using a numbing agent on my child and failed to add a Crown after completing the service. Take your referrals to another dentist office
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This dentist dropped my crown back into my throat and into my wind pipe. I was laid all the way back in the dentist chair. I laid there so scared!! Have any of you ever tried to get out of a dentist chair while it was laid back? NOT A EASY TASK. I had no choice but to save myself, NO ONE , and let me repeat NO ONE in that office knew what to do. I highly recommend Asiri Dental on Shields. Dr. Ramirez and the entire staff are amazing! They are really kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter, and they always do great work.
