Outstanding Service from Eli! Eli was exceptionally neat, professional, and courteous from the moment he arrived. Despite the extremely hot weather, he carefully inspected every area around the house and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Pest, and especially with our technician, Eli. He is always professional, reliable, and communicative. He lets me know when he’s on his way, takes the time to explain the services he’s performing, and even helps me understand the life cycle of whatever pest we’re dealing with and how the treatment works. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and thorough he is. Eli is great, and we’re very happy with the service we receive from Dr. Pest. Highly recommend!
Eli has been coming quarterly to our home in Seal Beach for about a year or so and ever since he came, we have not seen a single ant in our house. What a God send! He leaves behind a full report of what he’s done on the days we cannot communicate and he’s always so kind to give any other advice. He’s time efficient without seeming like he’s rushing and is usually on the early end of his estimate which makes planning easy. So glad we found Dr. Pest and so glad Eli was assigned to our home because clearly it’s been working :)
We’ve been using Dr. Pest for almost two years and have had a great experience. Eli has been excellent to work with. He’s very diligent and thorough in treating our house, and we’ve noticed a big improvement, especially with not seeing ants anymore.
