One star rating for this practice, reasons outlined below: 1) GP's referral sent to incorrect dermatologist by office staff at this location 2) The Dermatologist we ended up seeing never done what they said they would going to do 3) We had to follow up 3 weeks after the appointment to get the script we were meant to receive but hadn't 4) Office staff never sent through a finalised payment receipt. Had Mohs surgery here 2 weeks ago on my nose. All staff were lovely and caring. The scar is almost non existant so soon after surgery. I would not hesitate to use this practice again. Thank you.

STERN, RUDE, NASTY receptionist. Referral from dr has been not accepted as they are not taking new patients. So I cannot be seen. Severe condition and they now expect me to travel hours to see a dermatologist. Not happy at all. The lady on the phone was no help at all and very rude. Seems impossible to be seen. Im happy to wait a few months to be seen. But nope. They will not see me.
