After having to attend this establishment, I found Perry to be very professional, obviously, but the post surgery care was faultless. The nurses are caring & understanding. I’ve been booked in for 6 months time (May 2026). Even though I was told on the phone there were appointments available in February. Apparently people who are “surgical patients” will be seen first, probably because they pay more. When expressing how painful the skin on my face was and that I can’t wait 6 months. I was ignored and received no response. If they hadn’t lied to me on the phone before I got the referral, I could have asked my GP to send me elsewhere. One star rating for this practice, reasons outlined below: 1) GP's referral sent to incorrect dermatologist by office staff at this location 2) The Dermatologist we ended up seeing never done what they said they would going to do 3) We had to follow up 3 weeks after the appointment to get the script we were meant to receive but hadn't 4) Office staff never sent through a finalised payment receipt.
