I’ve been booked in for 6 months time (May 2026). Even though I was told on the phone there were appointments available in February. Apparently people who are “surgical patients” will be seen first, probably because they pay more. When expressing how painful the skin on my face was and that I can’t wait 6 months. I was ignored and received no response. If they hadn’t lied to me on the phone before I got the referral, I could have asked my GP to send me elsewhere.
