I like Dr. Lin. He is very professional.
Dr. Lin is very nice and friendly with his patients regardless of their age. As our PCP, he has always taken good care of my children. One serious issue with them is the staff members, especially the girl at the front desk. She always talks disrespectfully to patients. Also, she is rude and doesn’t apologize. this place is a very good office to bring my children to. Both receptionist. (Carmen and Katherine) speak fluent english and are very professional. They both know how to do their jobs. Overall great place.
Had to constantly repeat myself to Dr. Lin. She was inattentive, inconsiderate, and also lacked compassion & tact - just awful for a doctor. Also rude! Only positive - front desk was professional and friendly.
