The best doctor I have had for my particular illness. He listens to every concern I have and answers all my questions. He has been the key to understanding my disease. I drive 2.5 hours to see him and will continue to do so. I recommend him to anyone that needs a Rheumatologist.
I have been a patient of Dr Wickersham since he began his practice in San Antonio over 15 years ago. He is a wonderful Doc. He really cares about his patients unlike some doctors who see you once and never again no matter what is going on with you. You just see assistant after first visit. I'm not just a patient but an RN BSN MSN with almost 40 years of practice. I drive 60 miles past other reumatolgiest. I recommend him to everyone. His staff is mostly good too. Thanks. Cindi J.

I have been seeing Dr. Wickersham for 10 years now. This doctor is incomparable and one of the most empathetic doctors I have ever met. He is well versed in all things regarding internal medicine and rheumatology. When 2 other doctors could not explain to me what my health condition was I landed in his office praying and begging for answers. I had barely turned 18 and was miserable and confused. He went to work trying to find answers immediately and figured everything out. He is AMAZING people!!

Dr. Wickersham has an excellent bedside manner. He was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wickersham.
