He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. So friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. If you have an issue that he can not help with he will refer you to the right doctor.
Dr. Wickersham diagnosed me with fibromyalgia in approximately 2007 after several other Dr.'s told me I was just getting old. I was only 45 at the time. Dr. Wickersham takes the time to listen to all of your needs and concerns. Dr. Wickersham has since diagnosed me we with things such as Lupus and CFS. Dr. Wickersham is beyond caring and understanding but most of all he is extremely knowledgeable in his work. He is very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also treats my parents.

This doctor was recommended by another doctor. I’m wondering if the doctor is aware that the office never returns phone calls after 24 hours. Plus I had to call back to be told there are no appts. Until March of 2019! No thank you
Since 2007/2008 he has been my physician. Always a listener, empathetic and kind, but there's something about Dr. W. that's different from every other doctor I have ever been a patient to, I believe he Believes not just in science but in Almighty God.. So refreshing .. I believe this is why he is so knowledgeable so capable, he is in fact instructed by God who speaks to him mentally and thru the works of his hands. This world is a better place because of Dr. Wickersham and I am a better Me.
The best doctor I have had for my particular illness. He listens to every concern I have and answers all my questions. He has been the key to understanding my disease. I drive 2.5 hours to see him and will continue to do so. I recommend him to anyone that needs a Rheumatologist.
I have been a patient of Dr Wickersham since he began his practice in San Antonio over 15 years ago. He is a wonderful Doc. He really cares about his patients unlike some doctors who see you once and never again no matter what is going on with you. You just see assistant after first visit. I'm not just a patient but an RN BSN MSN with almost 40 years of practice. I drive 60 miles past other reumatolgiest. I recommend him to everyone. His staff is mostly good too. Thanks. Cindi J.
