They are friendly "enough". The doctor is getting very relaxed in her later years. I've felt like I wasn't being treated like a real person. I've also felt like she didn't try hard enough to help me. The doctor's availability is slim. If she is on vacation or out she does not have another doc to fill in. If your whole family has strep throat & you get it too she will not simply call in a prescription for you to save time and money. On and on. I'll go on a limb and say this doctor does NOT care about her patients.
I find her very cold, unwilling to spend time with her patients. Wants you out of her office asap. I have to call the office to get results from tests and don't feel she follows up. Doesn't care!
I found Dr. Anderson to be uncaring, cold and not thorough.
She may know her stuff but she very cold. She is short with you. She comes across as though she is annoyed you are one of her patients. Every single time I go to an appointment I feel very disappointed with how she and the staff treats me. I'm never able to ask all the questions I have. She just wants you out ASAP. I would never recommend her to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson for 20 years. She is the most punctual medical professional I have ever encountered. She is willing to discuss your concerns to your satisfaction and she's not afraid to consult reference material or other professionals to find the right answer. Dr. Anderson's demeanor is always kind and professional. Her practice is the right size...she knows her patients as people not just another chart in the file. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Peggy Anderson is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a patient, I went in for a visit due to a sore throat. During our appointment, I noticed that on her notes she had written "whining about a sore throat". There will not be another visit with this doctor as I have found a new one.
I have been a client of Dr. Anderson's for over 10 years. Her staff is wonderful -- very caring and helpful. Dr. Anderson is fantastic. She communicates well and is very knowledgeable. She is not afraid to enlist the assistance of specialists and doesn't mind if you ask for a second opinion. She also is not afraid to say the hard stuff (for example, you need to lose weight or exercise more). She does not mind if you do your own research and ask her questions.
