I was very disappointed because l order a special support device for my foot almost 4 moth ago and still they kept telling me it was in process due to issue with the facility( Lab) the used to process their item. . This is unacceptable situation because as a patient l order for a reason ( PAIN) and now l have to request my money back . while my pain is everyday .
Good doctor and good bedside manners I would Recommend the office to family and friends .
Used to be a patient of Dr Abrantes but recently had to leave his practice due to his failure to respond to any messages left with his office after a serious foot injury. Absolutely NO response to messages left over a two week period. Sad.......
The Doctor is a very nice person. The rating for the 1 star review is how he and his staff handled the repair of my orthotics. I purchased 2 pair of expensive orthotics and 1 of the 2 was brought back to him over 3 months ago for work to better fit my shoes. The orthotics were apparently lost in the mail upon return by the Doctors office to the manufacturer. I have called their office along with my assistant over 10 times and keep getting the runaround. Excellent staff and a super doctor! Very hard to find such a high quality professional in all the aspects of his practice. I recommend him without any hesitation!
