Dr. Valdes repaired my aortic valve in March 2017. I was very pleased by my entire experience. His office staff was very efficient, professional and always available for questions. I really enjoyed working with his PA during my hospitalization and follow-up appointment. She listened to and addressed any concerns and I felt like an valued individual. My interaction with Dr. Valdes was exactly perfect. I feel like my surgery was 100% success and his entire staff has my complete gratitude.
Do not let him do a valve repair on you. Mine failed while I was still in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. When I told his PA about it she passed it off as a Pleural Rub. He saw me daily for 10 days, released me from the hospital and did a checkup 1 week after getting out and still never diagnosed the failure even though I was exhibiting symptoms of CHF caused by the failed valve repair.
