Mercedes office take forever for prescriptions and never pick up the phone and never call back !!! 😠
CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THIS OFFICE!
No one ever answers the phone at this clinic and when they do they setup appointments and then they magically disappear and no one knows what happened.
They have a dumb policy that if you go see another provider they can’t see you anymore and that was just cuz I only went 1 time to that other Dr because I had no choice .. I was a patient here for years ! 😢
My review is more for the front office receptionist and billing department. I go in as a private pay because it's just cheaper than using my insurance (which has a high deductible and doesn't cover the office visits). Doc told me to give them a copy of insurance for referral purpose only. Front office lady calls billing and which says I need to use my insurance for office visits. Why would I want to do that? As private pay I pay $70 if I use my insurance they bill me $110. Doesn't make sense to use my insurance. They reply a... read more
