I recently went to see Dr De Silva to have some spider veins treated. Dr De Silva suggested an ultra--sound. The charge for the ultra-sound was a staggering $600.00. My first session went well and the results were good. After paying $500.00 I noticed it said on the invoice, Microsclerotherapy - to a maximum of 6 treatments in a 12 month period.
