What a terrible experience I had with Pearson, if you want to call her a Dr. Very unprofessional. She never every let me get a word in, she talked over me the whole time. She took my eye pressure and panicked and said ooh Ooh the PRESSURE IS SO HIGH IT DOESN'T EVEN REGISTER! REALLY, what a way to panic a patient. RIDICULOUS! Since then I have gone to 3 professionals, who fixed the problem without panic. Never going back.....OBVIOUSLY!
Very friendly and respectful, first time going there and everyone makes you feel great !! A lot better then the Dentist !! Eyes are very important. Thanks to everyone very helpful from start to finish !! I can see clearly now !! 🤓 Broke my glasses and they were very quick to get me new frames !! Awesome service
I have been going to this office for many years. My recent visit was surprising this time because Dr Pearson seemed agitated as I was a few minutes late (construction), and was annoyed I wasn’t using my eye drops more frequently. Felt like I was being scolded. She is very knowledgeable and usually very kind. Reading these bad reviews I had to add my option and experience, but it really is a great office. Very unfriendly! Extremely unprofessional! My whole family were patients there, we don’t want to go there. She is very rude and un compassionate!
