I had a through cleaning by Andrea and exam by Dr. Colon. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole office staff always makes me feel welcome.
The whole office experience is great! I don't feel nervous when going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Colon Bengoa puts me at ease with his calm manner and explains all procedures beforehand, His friendly staff explains all the procedures to be done and how it will be billed. They actually answer the phone! I highly recommend this dental practice!
I should start this by admitting that in 65 years I have been traumatized by dentists and was sure I could never find one that cared about me. As a result, years of "poor dentistry" combined with my fear of dentists (read do just enough to keep pain at bay) made me very reticent to seek treatment. I went to him with a non-existent smile with many irrevocably harmed teeth.
