Dr. Doloto treated my mom and unfortunately, I witnessed the most disrespectful, arrogant and dismissive behavior I’ve ever seen by anyone in the medical profession. He was rude and impatient, got frustrated when my mom could not remember the exact date and time her symptoms started.
