Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite ... read more

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. I felt comfortable the instant I walked in. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

I have had the privileged of having Dr. Grover as my Primary Physician for several years. Hes extremely charming, has an incredible knowledge base of the human anatomy and the physiological interactions. He simply put, can understand , diagnose,and prevent the Pain you are experiencing. I have more than three serious issues, all of which could be dis-abilitating and take me out of functioning as a normal person.
