So.... this morning I get to ortho apt at the obscene hour of 7:00am... but no one is there! I wait and wait 7:20am..still no one. Not happy I went on to work. I received a call a few hours later with an apology that they forgot when they booked my apt that they were not having patients this morning And didn’t check the schedule to make sure no one was accidentally booked...like me... They did great when my 5 day old baby was on my chest as they finished up changing my wires.
An awesome practice! Such a great group of drs and staff. I would not of gone anywhere else. Very pleased with the atmosphere there, I feel like a part of their family.

I got my wire retainers 8 years ago in Florida. My end wire became detached and broke leaving a wire sticking my tongue. I called, got in the same day, and he helped me! You guys are all amazing! Merry Christmas!
My existing permenant retainer (15+ years old) broke. I came here for a replacement. The glued a new flexible wire to every tooth. This felt and seemed strange it was also glued in very high. Broke off in 3 to 4 weeks...!. Got 2 other opinions on it (my family dentist and another orthodontist) and they agreed this was strange, and not a good installation for me or what I needed. Got my retainer replaced at another orthodontist with the same type i had before for 15 years. I do NOT reccomend Paventy and Brown.
I have had braces with them for a little over 3 years, and they have helped to make the whole journey of having braces a pretty pleasant one :)
