Highly unprofessional and incompetent. He admitted to not having the equipment necessary to diagnose and evaluate patients properly. My elderly, senior citizen father went in with severe tooth pain. He gave my father a referral for a root canal. When my father went to the referred endodontist, they discovered that my father did not need a root canal but a tooth extraction.
