I took my daughter for an annual eye exam in Pearl City and the front desk receptionist was very rude and short. I asked her questions on billing and she answered abruptly and wouldn't give me a receipt or explanation. She was pushy with my daughter, that had anxiety about the pre eye exam test and didn't explain about the procedures. Dr. Imada is kind but the front office, unfortunately isn't. I won't be going back.
