Dr. Crenshaw was the WORST Dr. I have had the displeasure of having to see in my life! She's a bully and very rude. I transferred all my medical info to her office after I moved across the country. She immediately told me that she didn't care what my medical issues were, that she wanted tests and if I needed my ADD med, get a shrink to give it to me!
