Wait times are over an hour despite having an appointment. In the past, front desk staff have been rude, even noted by my insurance agent when following up for a procedure. They have improved significantly over the years. However, the dermatologists themselves are phenomenal. I have enjoyed every interaction with the 4 different doctors I’ve seen there. I was referred here by my primary care physician but no one answers and the automated machine is for appointments just says time expired and then rings until you hang up. I've tried multiple times and days and I have to call my doctor to get a different referral now
PHUCK DR WALLACE AND HIS STAFF!!!!Horrible staff. They wasted my time to come to this location. The women in the front at the desk acted stucked up and very unprofessional at the Ladera location. They all need a facelift AND ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT . Makeup can’t hide ugly cause UGLY IS UGLY!!! I hate I came to this location for them to treat me rude!!!!!Laughing at a person in distress when they booked me at the wrong location and gave me this locations address. This is probably one of the worst dermatologists to see. Please save yourself and do not come here. The staff aren't reliable and will always tell you nothing is wrong with you if they cant figure out your sickness. 2nd they aren't organized with their appointments because they will forget and if they do they will ask you to call or make an appointment again in person. And the worst part is there is always a line of people outside in the hallway or in the waiting room because they give you the same appointment day as other p... read more
