I have been with him for multiple years, but like a previous reviewer, had a problem with a refill. I had overlooked the years of poor record keeping and my annual physical being a quick in and out because I generally liked Dr. John. I'm in very good health so my physical lasted all of 15 minutes. However, this last experience with my refill and his response to it when I escalated the issue within his office has left me looking for another doctor. I would not recommend him. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible.
