I have had 31 years of period pain and complications due to endometriosis beyond stage 4. Dr Tyan was one of the first and only doctors who acknowledged and validated my suffering, and within a year I have had a hysterectomy and compete endometriosis excision and I have no pain for the first time since I can remember. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Tyan. I spent the past 16 years searching for answers to my reproductive issues only to be ignored or dismissed by every physician that told me my scans and labs were normal.
