I found Dr Tannous to be very thorough, looking into the potential causes for symptoms and not simply settling on a diagnosis. His receptionist Marina is wonderful. I have never encountered a more helpful specialist’s assistant.
I trust Dr paul Tannous with all my kids health and development. He is highly knowledgeable and educated, he is patient, very caring and provides great advice. He always takes his time to explain everything thoroughly to ensure that you understand and you’re comfortable with his advice. I highly recommend Dr Paul to all parents who need a caring and patient professional to trust with their little ones.
After waiting for 3 months to get an appointment, I got a call from the practice this morning at 9:30am, to demand full payment. Due to having a very busy day, I couldn't get back to them soon. So at 1:30pm, I received an SMS to say my appointment had been cancelled due to non-payment. Then I rang them up, and they said they can reinstate my appointment if I pay by giving my credit card details over the phone. And no, they will not accept direct debit. My kids love Dr Tannous. He is very patient (with both kids and parents) and genuinely care about the kids under his care. Highly recommended.
